Ingredients:
Plain Noodles - 250 gms
Onions - 1 no
Carrot - 1 no (big)
Potato - 1 no(big)
cabbage - 100 gms
Capsicum - 1 large
Green chillies - 2 nos
Tomato Sauce - 4 table spoons
Soya Sauce - 2 table spoons
Cooking oil - 5 table spoons
1. Heat water in a large pan and add the noodles.
2. Add Salt to taste.
3. Once the noodles are cooked remove from stove and drain the excess water.
4. Wash the cooked noodles thoroughly in cold water and drain.
5. Add 2 table spoons of oil and mix thoroughly and keep is aside.
6. Chop the vegetables.
7. Heat oil in a kadai and add the vegetables and fry.
8. Once they start cooking add 1/2 cup of water.
9. Add salt and let the vegetables cook for 2 mins.
10.Add the cooked noodles and the 2 sauces and mix thoroughly.
11.Stir continuously for 3 - 5 mins.
12.Transfer the content to a bowl and(optional) garnish with chopped coriander.
13.Vegetable tangi noodles ready.
